‘Abandoned’ PacifiCity vandalised

Kota Kinabalu: Vandalism in the form of theft of electricity cables and other items at the unoccupied PacifiCity Heights Condominium is among factors that have jeopardised the issuance of the Occupancy Certificate by City Hall, Daily Express learnt.

The damages sustained by the proposed Pacific Heights (within the project formerly known as KK Mega Mall) Commercial Complex Development’s condominium project now pose a dilemma to its hundred-over buyers.

Sabah Development Bank recently agreed to release some RM4 million to the developer or a contractor to repair the building so that the OC could be issued by DBKK soonest.
