Kota Kinabalu: The Federation of Chinese Associations Sabah (FCAS) expressed full support to the proposal by State Tourism, Culture and Environment Minister Datuk Christina Liew for the State Government to take over the management of the Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA).
Its President Tan Sri T.C Goh said this is necessary in order to expedite improvement of KKIA’s facilities and services to better cater to the future development of the tourism industry.
Liew had said the State Government should look into taking control of the management of the KKIA as many issues remain unattended despite complaints.
