Kota Kinabalu: Tabias Bin Yarun, 52, a Lundayeh from Kemabong’s Kg Sugiang Baru, was born in 1971 to parents who should be Malaysians upon Sabah forming the Federation of Malaysia on Sept 16, 1963.

In fact, his father Yarun Bin Mulung and mother Budok Bte Lalung are still living in the village. Only that they are red identity card holders. Which also made Tabias a red MyKad holder (H6031175) since his secondary schooling days with teachers reminding him to solve his status without success.

After leaving school, Tabias could not further his education in public educational institutions, or be in employment with the government, and had to pay more for government clinic and hospital services and licences, etc. He could seek employment only with the private sector.
