Kota Kinabalu: Seventy youths graduated from the Human Resource Development Department’s Sabah Talent Entrepreneurship Programme (Step) which offers a variety of skills and entrepreneurial courses, including plumbing, electrical automotive and sewing.

Its Director, Dr Norsiah Ag Duraman, said the Step project, which is funded by the Department, intends to generate entrepreneurs, particularly among Sabah’s youth.
