Kota Kinabalu: The Parti Warisan’s Sepanggar Division will issue a Letter of Demand to Gerakan Kuasa Rakyat Malaysia (G57) Chairman Datuk Zulkarnain Mahdar for defaming the division with allegations that it received funds from a drug cartel.
Its Head Datuk Mohd Azis Jamman said the letter would be issued at Zulkarnain’s latest address on Monday, demanding him to retract the statement he made at a press conference and make a public apology.
On Friday, Zulkarnain lodged a report urging police and relevant authorities to investigate whether an alleged drug cartel leader who is under custody, is among funders of the division.
