Kota Kinabalu: Kota Kinabalu Journalists Association (KKJA) has appointed Jason Ng Chen Chun as the association’s Life Honourable Advisor.
KKJA Chairman Jimmy Goh presented Ng with his appointment certificate during the association’s courtesy call at the latter’s office, here, recently.
Goh praised Ng who is a successful businessman and an outstanding construction contractor.
Ng’s wife, Samantha Thien runs the Agensi Pekerjaan JS Excellence Services Sdn Bhd, specialising in all kinds of work permit services and application.
The couple is involved in a wide range of businesses, including shipping and transportation services.
“The KKJA is privileged to have Ng as its advisor. His presence will certainly improve the welfare of our members,” said Goh.
Present were KKJA Secretary Teo Jinn Jiun, Assistant Secretary Lester Bingkasan and committee member Yap Siong Han.
