Kota Kinabalu: Chinese community leader, Kapitan Li Su Fook said comprehensive collaboration between schools and parents is needed to nurture a conducive learning environment.
He was responding to an incident where a parent was arrested for threatening a teacher who had taken disciplinary action against his son for allegedly smoking within the school compound here.
He urged parents to exercise emotional restraint when faced with disciplinary issues involving their children.
