SIPITANG: Umno Sipitang Division Chief Abd Rahman Mohd Noh expressed disappointment over the delayed progress of the Pan Borneo Highway construction which has caused great inconvenience to Sipitang residents as they have to travel on gravel roads.
“This is a problem faced by Sipitang residents. The road from the Sarawak border in Sindumin to Malalia spans 28 kilometres, but we do not even see one kilometre being completed in either direction,”

He said during a Chinese New Year walkabout in Sindumin with Umno Division Committee members, here, Tuesday.
Abd Rahman said residents have been waiting for nearly seven years for it to be completed, despite being informed by the Public Works Department that the road was 70 per cent complete.
