Kota Kinabalu: The Occupation Certificate (OC) for 1Jesselton Condominium will be processed and issued once City Hall (DBKK) receives the application from the consultant, said Mayor Datuk Dr Sabin Samitah.
He said this in response to recent articles on the 1Jesselton Condominium published in local papers.
“The noble intention of DBKK in taking all the actions is to ensure that upon issuance of the OC, the functionality of the building is well taken care of.
