Land status hampers  rebuilding of razed Tangkarason Clinic
James said the problem is not only within the Ministry of Health but also in other federal agencies in Sabah, such as the Education Department, where the delays in construction of buildings have been attributed to land-related issues. 
Kota Kinabalu: Government agencies must increase efficiency and accountability to ensure that development initiatives, particularly those involving healthcare, are not delayed by administrative issues and bureaucratic hurdles, said State 

Community Development and People’s Wellbeing Minister Datuk James Ratib.

In a media conference here Monday, he stressed the importance of cooperation between officials at both federal and state levels, saying failure to do so could result in project delays and hindrances to the State’s development agenda.

James, also the State Health Exco, said this while expressing concern over the delay in rebuilding the Tangkarason Health Clinic in Beluran which was destroyed in a fire last week.
