Kota Kinabalu: Central Asian’s tourism market has the promising business prospects for Sabah to tap into.
Funholiday’s Managing Director, Connie Chong, said the holidaymakers in the region have shown a keen interest in Sabah’s beach destinations and islands as well as fresh seafood.
“Sabah is an enticing destination for them to explore,” said Connie who recently led a familiarisation tour for travel agents from Sabah and peninsula Malaysia to explore Uzbekistan.
This landlocked country, once the hub of the Great Silk Road, boasts rich history, culture, and architecture.
