Kota Kinabalu: The “Sabah Declaration on Climate Justice” was drafted and adopted by the Commonwealth Lawyers Association at the three-day Borneo Rainforest Law Conference 2024 which concluded at the Sabah International Convention Centre, here, on Wednesday.
Sabah Law Society President Mohamed Nazim Maduarin and Immediate Past President Datuk Roger Chin presented their concluding remarks.
The Preamble of the “Sabah Declaration on Climate Justice” reads as follow:
