Tuaran: Kumpulan Gema Bertingkah Petagas was crowned champion of a State-level “Betitik” competition in conjunction with the 2024 Rumpun Bajausama Sabah Cultural Festival, here, recently.
The group, originally from Putatan, defeated 10 other teams who came from all over Sabah, returned home with a cash prize of RM5,000 and a trophy presented by the
Executive Chairman of Innoprise Corporation Sdn Bhd Datuk Jasnih Daya.
While the Tanjung Keramat Betitik Group won the runner-up prize of RM3,500 and a trophy followed by the Teratak Serimpak Darau Manggal Betitik Art Group in
third place pocketing RM2,500 and a trophy.
