Kota Kinabalu: The owner of a double-story terrace unit at Phase 2 of Taman Ceria 2, in Kinarut, had to spend all her second EPF account savings to fix the shoddy backyard irrigation.
Dorena Lai said since getting the keys in September 2023 she has been subject to an endless bureaucratic ordeals just for government officials to return her to the developer.
She said the developers made a ridiculous decision to build the drain around a manhole behind her house as to use up the maximum allotted land.
