Kota Kinabalu: Gerakan Kuasa Rakyat Malaysia Chairman Datuk Zulkarnain Mahdar commended the Sabah Maju Jaya (SMJ) initiative, emphasising its positive impact in bringing foreign investors to Sabah.
“These developments are indicative of a positive trajectory for Sabah’s economic growth under the SMJ framework,” he said citing the success stories of SK Nexilis and Kibing Solar as examples of the benefits of SMJ.
“SK Nexilis has invested RM2.3 billion in a copper foil production factory at the Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park (KKIP). This investment not only provides major economic benefits but also helps to create jobs in the State.
