In another case, Salmi ordered a safety door company to refund RM8,888 to a 61-year-old woman who bought two safety doors after the items were not functioning properly.

The woman told the tribunal that despite numerous repair attempts, she claimed the doors still could not be used effectively and, eventually, she decided to give up and claimed a refund for the items.
