Kota Kinabalu: The Azman Hashim Gallery, Universiti Malaysia Sabah (GAH-UMS) has potential to become a new landmark and tourism location in Sabah.
It can also help promote art activities and local artists, said Sabah’s Assistant Minister of Industrial Development and Entrepreneurship, Datuk Andy Suryady Bandy.

“I was amazed by the design and uniqueness of this building.
“I am confident GAH has the potential to become a landmark tourist destination. We will continue to strive to provide continuous support to GAH, including local painters who exhibit their works here,” he said at the soft launching ceremony of “The Personality of Borneoan Art: Real and Imagined Exhibition”, recently.
