Kota Kinabalu: The characteristics of a strong leader are often linked to integrity, said Sabah Finance Minister Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun.
“It’s not a matter of expertise, which is outsourceable, but of character. It comes from our thoughts and attitude,” he said.
He was officiating the Sabah Credit Corporation’s (SCC) launching of the Organisational Anti-Corruption Plan (OACP) 2024-2028 at SICC, here, Saturday.
