Sindumin: Kampung Luagan’s suspension bridge was damaged due to the recent flood in Sipitang.

A resident said the bridge was repaired in a community effort by members of the Persatuan Peduli Rakyat Sipitang (PPRS) in March.

He said given the extent of the damage, it would be difficult to repair the bridge again, except by rebuilding it with modifications to prevent future damage.

“The suspension bridge is the only way for residents and students to reach the school located in Sindumin town,” he said.
