Kota Kinabalu: The Borneo Campers’ Exchange Meet will be held today (Aug 4) at SM La Salle Tanjung Aru Junior Block School Field from 9am to 6pm.
The event, open to the public, allows participants to swap and trade unused camping gears based on mutual agreements.
Highlights include a 10am talk and demonstration by the Malaysian Red Crescent Society and a 2pm session on camping tricks and games by the Boy Scout Movement.
Exhibitors include Seni Klasik Event and Outdoor, Borneo Overland, and Himbaan Gardenstay Camping.
Organiser Jason Yong said, “We are excited to bring the camping community together for this unique event, offering valuable demonstrations and a platform for trading camping gear.”
