Kota Kinabalu: A Special Prime Lecture for Civil Servants will be held in conjunction with the upcoming Sabah Day celebration.
Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food Industry (MAFFI), Leonard Stephen Poyong, said the lecture will focus on the historical background of Sabah’s independence.
“The Special Prime Lecture scheduled for Aug 29 at Menara Kinabalu will feature three distinguished speakers on Sabah’s history - Deputy Chief Minister I Datuk Seri Jeffrey G. Kitingan, state historian Prof Dr Danny Wong and Prof Dr Bilcher Bala of Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS).
