SANDAKAN: The Sabah Cross-Border Trade Association (SCBTA) recently presented its insights on the resurgence of barter trade between Sabah and the Philippines to Asean business leaders at the Junior Chamber International (JCI) Asean 3rd Senators Board Meeting cum 25th anniversary, here.

The unique economic landscapes of Sabah and the Philippines, the potential for collaboration in agriculture, tourism, and the Halal market was highlighted by SCBTA President Razanah Paimin.

Her speech was delivered by communication officer Nikko Fabian.

In her speech, Razanah highlighted the potential for synergy, stating, “This presents a unique opportunity to leverage our strengths and create mutually beneficial partnerships.”
