KUNAK: Umno members are urged to remain focused on the party’s struggle and prioritise policies that benefit the people.
Umno Lahad Datu Divisional Head Sharif Musa Sharif Mabul made the call, saying all Umno members, including leaders at division and branch levels, must concentrate on the party’s mission — in championing the people’s welfare despite facing various accusations and current challenges.
“Our focus should be on our party (Umno) and not on the opposition. Do not stray from the party’s struggle; we need to be loyal to the party and strengthen our commitment.
“All Umno members must prepare themselves and ensure that the party machinery is ready to face the coming 17th State Election (PRN17), which can be held at any time,” he said.
