KINABATANGAN: The body of a man attacked by a crocodile in Kampung Bilit here was recovered early this morning.

Maznin Kahar, 40, was found floating in the Kinabatangan River at around 6am by villagers. 

His body was discovered about one kilometre from the site where he was believed to have been attacked.

The incident occurred when Maznin and three of his friends were aboard a boat transporting belian wood. 

The boat capsised during the journey, resulting in the tragedy.

While Maznin was attacked and went missing, his three friends managed to survive the ordeal.
