Senior citizen pronounced dead after being found unconscious in locked car in Kota Kinabalu

Kota Kinabalu: A 69-year-old man was found dead in his Perodua Viva at Jalan Bukit Temasu, Taman Sinar, Sunday morning.

Four firemen from the Lintas Fire and Rescue station arrived at the scene upon receiving the 10.03am distress call 6km away.

Lintas fire chief, PKPgB Agustavia Joe Guasi said the team had to break one of the windows to unlock the door and found the victim unconscious. 

The victim was declared dead by medical officers at the scene and was handed over to police for further action as operations ended at 10.22am.
