Kota Kinabalu: Two foreign women were arrested with ecstasy pills and powder and ketamine in a raid on a condominium in Penampang last Friday.
The raid was conducted by the Narcotics Criminal Investigation Division of the Penampang District Police Headquarters at approximately 10.30pm.
The Penampang District Police Chief, Superintendent Sammy Newton, said in a statement Monday that as a result of the inspection of the two suspects, the police seized the drugs estimated to be worth RM3,200.
“The drugs seized were five black plastic packets suspected of containing ecstasy powder weighing 166.77 grammes and one transparent plastic packet suspected of containing ecstasy pills weighing 3.07 grammes," he said.
“Another transparent plastic packet was also found containing ketamine with an estimated weight of 1.46 grammes.”
