KOTA KINABALU: Parti Warisan's selective approach of wanting to work solely with PBS and Star has been criticised as a divide-and-conquer strategy.
PBS Acting President Datuk Seri Dr Joachim Gunsalam called on Warisan to engage with the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) coalition if their intentions were genuine.
"They only picked two parties to work with, as if trying to break apart GRS," he said during a Chinese New Year Walkabout at Gaya Street on Sunday.
Joachim affirmed PBS's commitment to GRS, highlighting the party's unwavering support since the coalition's inception.
Responding to Warisan President Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal's remarks on integrity, Joachim defended the role of financial donations in politics, stating it is an accepted practice involving contributions from conglomerates, individuals, or companies.
