KOTA KINABALU: A RM188 million housing project at Lok Kawi camp, Putatan, is on schedule for completion by August 4, 2025, providing 513 new homes for Armed Forces personnel and their families.  

Defence Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin highlighted the project’s progress during his visit to the Fifth Infantry Division Headquarters today, emphasising its role in enhancing welfare and readiness.  

An additional RM11.3 million has been allocated for maintenance and renovation of other facilities within the division.
