The collected names will be submitted to the Sabah Maju Jaya (SMJ) Secretariat to coordinate the programme's implementation.
Approved by the State Cabinet, Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor directed the immediate execution of Syukur during a meeting on Wednesday.
Under Syukur, eligible households will receive a monthly RM300 cash aid, distributed quarterly in stages.
This initiative complements federal aid programmes like STR and Sara, aiming to ease the cost of living for Sabahans.
