1 dead, 4 injured after being hit by KTM Komuter train near Klang
About 200 passengers on the KTM Komuter train were affected by the incident and were transported via shuttle buses to the Subang Jaya KTM station.
PETALING JAYA: One person died and four others sustained minor injuries after they were hit by a KTM Komuter train while walking on railway tracks this morning.

In a statement, Keretapi Tanah Melayu Bhd (KTMB) said a KTM Komuter train, which departed from the Jalan Kastam station at 6.39am, was forced to stop after “colliding with the trespassers” at Km34.734, between Teluk Pulai and Klang.

KTMB said the incident caused an hour-long delay for the 200 passengers on board the train.

Passengers affected by the incident were transported via shuttle buses to the Subang Jaya KTM station to continue their journey to their respective destinations.
