PUTATAN: Three houses caught fire at Taman Jumbo here on Monday afternoon.

Firefighters confirmed no casualties in the incident, reported at 12.30pm.

The first house was completely burned, the second suffered 80 per cent damage, and the third sustained 10 per cent damage.

A total of 30 firefighters from three stations responded, arriving at 12.35pm to contain the blaze.

The fire was brought under control by 1.04pm and fully extinguished by 1.58pm.
