Arifin lodges police report over 'malicious' MalaysaKini report (VIDEO)

Kota Kinabalu: Membakut assemblyman Datuk Dr Mohd Arifin bin Mohd Arif has strongly denied allegations about him in a MalaysiaKini news report titled "Whistleblower: Musa Aman’s son-in-law offered settlement to silence me" published on Feb 3, this year.

He said the media report was defamatory and malicious containing inaccurate, misleading allegations, as well as false and defamatory information.

“The news report clearly proves that the said individual, along with their cartel group, will use every trick and deception to obtain mining licences, including defaming me and other individuals.

“The main motive of this cartel group is to monopolise mining licenses in Sabah by spreading false news and misinformation,” he said.
