Warisan must admit mistake. GRS Govt forced to pay RM335 million: Malakun
Clarence, who is a former assemblyman and former Sabah Institute for Development Studies (IDS) Chairman, was confident that despite the ongoing “political storm”, the coalition government under Hajiji’s leadership would overcome the challenges posed by the opposition.
Kota Kinabalu: Legacy issues such as water and electricity supply problems are likely to resurface, potentially casting a negative light on the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS), Pakatan Harapan (PH) Plus (GRS-PH Plus) government, according to Sabah Economic Advisory Council (SEAC) member Datuk Seri Panglima Clarence Bongkos Malakun.

He said the opposition is desperate and would undoubtedly seize the opportunity to criticise the Government led by Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor.

He said the previous government failed to address the water and electricity supply issues during its time in power, yet now they are blaming others. 

“Therefore, the public should not be misled by the claim that the water and electricity problems in Sabah only emerged after the last election.
