TAWAU: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor has assured that Sabah’s water supply issues will be resolved this year following the completion of planned improvements.

He stated that the government has allocated funds to upgrade and repair water treatment plants, alongside fixing leaking pipes to ensure a sustainable water supply.

Hajiji dismissed opposition claims, emphasising that his administration has concrete plans and actions, unlike what he described as empty rhetoric from critics.

He criticised the opposition for failing to deliver when given the opportunity, likening them to “empty cans that make the loudest noise when struck.”
