Palace Hotel’s Tangerine feast for Ramadan
KOTA KINABALU: Tangerine at The Palace Hotel here invites diners to indulge in a vibrant feast with its Jom Sungkai! Ramadan Buffet, promising an unforgettable culinary experience steeped in tradition and authentic flavours.

The buffet is helmed by Chef Adam, renowned for his expertise in hearty and flavourful cuisine, alongside Chef Hanif, a specialist in traditional Malay dishes. Together with their dedicated kitchen team, they have curated a menu that embodies the true essence of Ramadan.

The buffet will feature a rotating selection of dishes daily, including Soup Gearbox, a rich, hearty broth slow-cooked to perfection and Oxtail Rendang Minang, braised oxtail in a fragrant, spiced coconut gravy. Guests can also enjoy Kambing Briyani, slow-cooked lamb served with aromatic biryani rice and Ayam Kapitan Nyonya, a creamy, tangy chicken dish infused with traditional Nyonya spices.

Other highlights include Ketam Sambal Serai Pedas, spicy crab infused with fragrant lemongrass sambal and Daging Dendeng, tender, caramelised beef with rich spices.
