Villagers reportedly discovered the elderly man unconscious in the area near a stream before notifying authorities, prompting the rescue team to use rope systems to retrieve the body from the difficult terrain.

Medical personnel from the Ministry of Health confirmed the man had died at the scene, and his body was handed over to the police for further investigation.
