RM60,000 false claims: Pensioner arrested
The arrest was the result of investigations on the purported false claims made between March 2020 and Aug 2021.
Kota Kinabalu: A 62-year-old pensioner has been arrested on suspicion of making false claims amounting to RM60,000 when he was serving in an enforcement agency four years ago.

He was arrested by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission at its Keningau office at 9.45am Monday, according to sources.

The arrest was the result of investigations on the purported false claims made between March 2020 and Aug 2021.

The claims were made via false documents that the suspect submitted to an enforcement agency in Sabah, the source said.
