SANDAKAN: A four-year-old boy was found drowned after reportedly plunging into the sea with his mother and sister near the town wall along Jalan Coastal early Sunday.

Initial reports said the woman and her two children—a six-year-old girl and the boy—jumped into the sea at around midnight.
