SABAH FC will be taking on Kedah Darul Aman FC in an away game at the Stadium Darul Aman tonight (Saturday). The mission for the boys is simply to go there and win and to collect the three precious points as there is only one more match to go before the finishing line after tonight’s game.
Let’s hope the team can keep the winning momentum fresh from the narrow 1-0 win over PDRM FC last Tuesday. Our opponents Kedah FC, who were once the football powerhouse in the country, have slid down the wayside in recent seasons.
They are currently sitting in 11th place and have lost all their league matches since the start of the year.
Their last league win was a 1-0 home victory over Terengganu FC in September last year and they also suffered a 0-6 thrashing by Sri Pahang FC in their last match preceded by another 1-6 heavy loss at home to Johor Darul Taz’zim (JDT) FC.
