Jetama Sdn Bhd Chief Executive Officer Datuk Ahmad Naim bin Uddang said the agreement is a reflection of their mutual respect and shared commitment to improving the welfare of their employees. “KPPIAS was established in 2006, to foster industrial harmony and enhance working conditions for employees in Sabah’s water industry.

“That same year, the union gained formal recognition from Corporate Dynamics Sdn Bhd (now known as Jetama Sdn Bhd) at that time and was officially registered under the Department of Trade Affairs, part of the Ministry of Human Resources.
