PETALING JAYA: Petaling Jaya MP Lee Chean Chung and Rawang assemblyman Chua Wei Kiat will appeal to contest the outcome of Saturday’s Selangor’s PKR division elections after losing the race for the position of division chiefs.

In a Facebook post, Lee said he had received numerous calls and messages questioning the transparency of the polling process and confirmed that his team would be submitting an official appeal to the party’s election committee.

“PKR has a fair appeal system and we hope to clear any doubts and ensure that the rights of all party members are upheld fairly and justly through this system,” he said.
