Seven Form Three students are believed to have been involved in the incident, including the victim and the person who recorded a video of the bullying.
PETALING JAYA: The investigation paper on a bullying case involving a group of students from the Mara Junior Science College (MRSM) in Seberang Perai Selatan, Penang, has been submitted to the deputy public prosecutor (DPP) for further action.

Penang police chief Hamzah Ahmad said the investigation paper was completed after police obtained medical reports and recorded statements from MRSM staff and the students involved.

“Based on police investigations, the incident, which occurred in the middle of last year, happened only once,” he said in a Bernama report.

He said while the students were believed to have been “fooling around”, the police had still investigated the matter.
