Two 18-year-olds narrowly escaped death after their car skidded and caught fire near the KK Polytechnic roundabout early this morning.
The Perodua Viva was 90 percent destroyed in the 2.45am crash.
One teen was taken to hospital by a passer-by, while the other received on-site treatment before being sent to Queen Elizabeth II Hospital.
The fire was brought under control by 3.30am and fully extinguished by 3.59am. The cause is under investigation.
