SANDAKAN: Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) will hold talks with Pakatan Harapan (PH) soon regarding cooperation for the upcoming 17th Sabah State Election (PRN17), said Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor.

While no date has been set, Hajiji confirmed discussions will take place in the near future. Speaking at Gagasan Rakyat's Aidilfitri Open House in Sungai Sibuga, he reiterated that GRS, as the leading party in the current GRS-PH Plus government, will decide its election partners.

He also responded to Sabah BN’s recent announcement of working with PH, stressing that GRS remains open to cooperation but will determine its own allies to ensure political stability in Sabah.

Around 5,000 people attended the event, which featured performances and aid distribution to students, teachers, and orphans.
