Kota Kinabalu: Wanita Pakatan Harapan (PH) Sabah has launched a renewed training drive to equip potential female candidates with critical communication and leadership skills.
Held on April 23–24 at Madani Sinergi, Sepanggar Parliamentary Office, Wanita PH Sabah Chief Jannie Lasimbang, said the Public Speaking & Sabah Women’s Commitment served as an early preparation to nurture credible female candidates ahead of the coming State Election.
She said this initiative aligns with PH’s commitment to field at least 30 per cent woman candidates who are prepared in terms of principles, skills, and commitment to the cause.
This intensive training focused on three key components: debate, public speaking and political statement and speech writing. The workshop combined theory with practical exercises to help participants build confidence and master effective political communication strategies.
