LAHAD DATU: Police are tracking down a 41-year-old local, suspected of involvement in an armed gang robbery in front of a business premises in town, on May 6.

District Acting Police Chief Supt Jimmy Panyau identified the suspect as Mohammad bin Raha.

The man’s last address was at Kg Sungai Rotan, Kinabatangan.

“The case is being investigated under Section 395/397 of the Penal Code,” he said, and urged the public with information on the suspect to contact investigating officer Inspector Ernita Mark at 089-881255 or go to the nearest police station.
