KOTA KINABALU: Childcare operators in Sabah have been reminded that it is important to register with the Public Welfare Services Department (JPKA) to ensure safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

JPKA Director Jais Asri said this during an advocacy briefing and plaque presentation ceremony involving 70 registered childcare centres here on Thursday.
