PBS will remain in GRS but open for cooperation
Dr Joachim said the party, however, is open to collaboration with other parties that will contribute benefits to the people or State’s development.
LAHAD DATU: Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS) reaffirmed that it will remain in the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) coalition.

Its Acting President Datuk Seri Dr Joachim Gunsalam said the party, however, is open to collaboration with other parties that will contribute benefits to the people or State’s development.

“PBS has always been with GRS and there is no other path. As stated by GRS Chairman Datuk Seri Noor, we are ready to go solo. 

“Upko is currently with Pakatan Harapan, while PBRS with Barisan Nasional (BN) and PBS with GRS. But I am open to any cooperation ideas with Upko and PBRS as we are committed to work together for the development and unity of the State,” he said after officiating the Oath-Taking and Letter of Appointment Handover Ceremony for Lahad Datu District Council Members 2025-2027, Thursday.
