KUNAK: A large crocodile was sighted in the waters off Kampung Pangkalan near the Chicken Market here on Thursday night.

A 17-second video of the incident went viral on the Orang Kunak community Facebook page, showing the reptile feeding on discarded chicken organs thrown into the sea.

Crocodile sightings in the area are not new. The Wildlife Department has put up warning signs along the coast to remind the public, including anglers and nearby residents, to stay alert for possible crocodile attacks.
