PETALING JAYA: The woman assaulted by her employer at an office in Taman Kota Masai, Pasir Gudang in Johor on May 15 had other health problems before the incident, police said today.

Commenting on claims that the woman required surgery after the incident, Seri Alam police chief Sohaimi Ishak said a medical report from the hospital showed that the 34-year-old only suffered scratches and bruises from the assault.
